Salary

- HR Intern / Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced Candidate (1–3 Years): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker/ATS.




- Negotiate salary and communicate offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely joining follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. HR/Recruitment specialization will be an advantage.

Preferred

- Candidates with experience in agency/consultancy recruitment, bulk hiring, or corporate recruitment.
