Key Responsibilities

- Handle written customer queries via chat and email with clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of response quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.

Eligibility & Qualifications





- Open to Freshers (Graduates and Undergraduates from any stream).
- Strong written English communication skills and good comprehension.
- Basic computer literacy and fast typing abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Compensation & Perks

- In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month
- Travel Allowance: ₹1,400 / month
- Transport: One-way cab facility provided
- Work Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotational days off
- Shift Details: Rotational shifts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
