Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and effective Soft Skills Trainer to provide training to candidates enrolled in skill development programs. The candidate will be responsible for improving learners' communication, confidence, personality, workplace behavior, and employability skills, helping them become job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom sessions on soft skills and employability skills.
- Train candidates in spoken English, communication, interpersonal skills, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct sessions on personality development, confidence building, and professional behavior.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, activities, role plays, group discussions, and training materials.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to candidates.
- Train candidates in resume writing, interview preparation, and job-search skills.
- Conduct activities to improve teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Develop candidates' listening, speaking, reading, and basic workplace communication abilities.
- Train candidates on time management, workplace discipline, grooming, and professional ethics.
- Monitor candidate attendance, participation, learning progress, and overall development.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, presentations, group discussions, and other learning activities.
- Provide individual guidance and support to candidates who need additional improvement.
- Maintain attendance, lesson plans, assessment records, and other required training documentation.
- Coordinate with the Center Manager, Domain Trainers, and Placement Team.
- Support candidates in preparing for placement interviews and recruitment drives.
- Participate in inspections, assessments, audits, and monitoring visits when required.
- Ensure training is delivered as per the prescribed curriculum and project guidelines.

Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in English, HR, Education, Psychology, or Management will be preferred.
- 3 years of experience in soft skills training, employability training, teaching, counselling, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in DDU-GKY, Skill India, NSDC, PMKVY, or other government skill-development projects will be an advantage.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate rural youth/candidates.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and PowerPoint.
