We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HVAC/VRF Project Sales Manager to join our team for complete HVAC project sales, with strong expertise in VRF/VRV systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new HVAC/VRF project enquiries in Kolkata and surrounding areas
- Develop relationships with MEP Consultants, Architects, Builders, Developers & HVAC Contractors
- Identify upcoming commercial, hospital, hotel, residential and industrial projects
- Prepare and coordinate BOQ, technical proposals and quotations
- Handle techno-commercial discussions and negotiations
- Follow projects from enquiry stage through order finalisation
- Coordinate with design, estimation and execution teams
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts
- Follow up for orders and payments

Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of relevant HVAC Project Sales experience




- Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV air-conditioning systems
- Experience in complete HVAC project sales will be preferred
- Good understanding of VRF, AHU, FCU, ducting and ventilation systems
- Existing contacts with consultants, architects, contractors and developers will be a strong advantage
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Should be capable of independently developing business and closing projects
- Kolkata market experience preferred
