- Conduct quality inspections of greige polyester fabrics.
- Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final random inspections (FRI) before shipment
- Travel regularly to factories to oversee production quality and resolve issues on-site
- Inspect incoming fabric, trims, and raw materials to catch issues early
- Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective action plans (CAPA) with vendors
- Track supplier quality performance and compliance with standards
- Align with merchandising and sourcing on buyer specs and tech packs
- Approve or reject shipments with clear documentation
- Train and mentor junior QC inspectors and vendor quality teams
- Maintain inspection records and quality reports for management review
