Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller / Head – Finance & Accounts to lead the finance and accounting operations of our garment manufacturing and export business. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and cash flow management while strengthening financial systems and internal controls.

The position will work closely with management and external financial consultants to ensure strong financial governance and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Ensure proper financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.

- Manage cash flow planning, working capital management, and financial forecasting.

- Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process and monitor actual performance against budgets.

- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure and compliance.

- Ensure strong internal controls and financial governance across the organization.

- Monitor and analyze cost structures, profitability,



and operational financial performance.

- Work closely with management and external financial consultants to improve financial systems, reporting processes, and financial strategy.

- Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team, ensuring clear responsibilities and performance accountability.

Required Qualifications

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

- 8–15 years experience in finance and accounts.

- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

- Experience handling audits, budgeting, and financial controls.

- Robust analytical and financial management skills.

- Experience in garment manufacturing, textile, or export industry.

- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial automation.

- Experience managing multi-department financial operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
