About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-6 years of relevant experience to manage accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, and other finance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and accounting records.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other applicable statutory returns.
- Assist in tax planning, tax computation, and assessment-related matters.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and tax audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank, vendor, customer, and other ledger accounts.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST regulations.
- Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, vendors,



and other external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for financial and statutory purposes.
- Support management in financial decision-making and other finance-related projects.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial reporting and audit coordination.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and applicable financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of financial controls and compliance processes.
