Job OverviewWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleges, institutions, and corporate partners.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and services.
- Conduct market research and identify potential markets and clients.




- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
- Maintain regular reports of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of sales and business development.
- Must know how to drive a car and have a valid driving license.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Positive organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
