Key Responsibilities

* Assist with day-to-day brand coordination and communication

* Communicate with international brand representatives through email and other communication channels

* Maintain and update Excel / Google Sheets for brands, SKUs, samples, pricing, orders and other project information

* Assist with sample selection, sample coordination and sample tracking

* Coordinate SKU lists, product details, price lists and other brand information

* Follow up with brands for pending information, documents, samples and confirmations

* Maintain trackers and ensure important updates and follow-ups are recorded

* Assist in organising brand documents, presentations and product information

* Support basic market and competitor research

* Assist with information required for market plans and business plans

* Support the team with general coordination and administrative tasks related to brand onboarding and launches

What We’re Looking For

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

* Comfortable with qualified email communication

* Highly organised and detail-oriented





* Good at following up and keeping track of multiple ongoing tasks

* Proactive, responsible and willing to learn

* Interested in branding, marketing, FMCG and international brands

* Freshers are welcome to apply

* Prior internship experience in marketing, business, coordination or a related field is a plus

Position: Brand & Marketing Assistant Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Office Location: Sector 6, Noida

Stipend: ₹12,000/month
