- Deliver & Closure on VOB Timelines
- Prioritize negotiations of HIHR/MIMR/LILR parts
- Drive Supplier Panel Onboarding
- Debottleneck Negotiation issues on long lead items
- Convene Accessories & Spares negotiation forum & integrate with VOB
- Initiate crunching VOB timelines based on project deliverables & milestones
- Forum Approval if within SBC & against settled amount

Supplier Management:

- Tapping Supplier network to Drive Technology solutions roadmap with CoEs during

conceptualization phase

- Drive Capacity Planning at supplier end through Commodity Buyers
- Budgeting for Capex & Revenue (tooling)
- Spare Part Pricing & Availability
- YOY reduction monitoring
- Support & Drive cost reduction initiatives related to platform

Trade-off / Deviations

- Suggest for “Delta” deviation on SBC based on project deliverables
