About the Role

Rocket Factory is looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of our Headquarters and support our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily office operations and administration.
- Coordinate team schedules and routine activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the Headquarters.
- Support launches, workshops and field activities when required.
- Handle basic logistics and operational requirements.

Requirements

- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Interest in Space Science & Rocketry.
- Proactive, responsible and comfortable multitasking.
- Quick learner with an adaptable mindset.
- Willingness to travel for launches and events.
- Prior operations/administration experience preferred, not mandatory.

Salary: Competitive / Based on experience
