- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in a residential school, boarding school, hostel, or educational institution preferred.
- Experience in handling and supervising school-age children/adolescents will be an added advantage.
- Responsible for the overall safety, security, discipline, health, hygiene, and welfare of residential students.
- Supervise students throughout the residential routine, including morning, school hours, evening activities, study hours, meals, and bedtime.
- Ensure students follow the prescribed hostel rules, schedules, routines, and school policies.
- Conduct regular hostel rounds and inspections to ensure student safety and proper discipline.




- Maintain accurate daily attendance and regular student headcounts.
- Monitor student movement in and out of the hostel/campus and ensure proper authorization.
- Ensure students report to classes, meals, activities, study hours, and other scheduled programmes on time.
- Supervise study hours and encourage students to maintain proper academic routines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
