- Manage and maintain all vehicle-related documents, including RC, insurance, fitness certificate, permit, pollution certificate, road tax, and other statutory documents.
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle documents and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate and monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, preventive maintenance, and breakdowns.
- Arrange suitable vehicles for daily dispatch requirements across Odisha.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and internal teams for vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Verify vehicle availability and ensure vehicles are properly maintained and roadworthy before dispatch.
- Track vehicle movement and coordinate with drivers for timely delivery.
- Maintain records of vehicle utilization, maintenance expenses, fuel, repairs, and related costs.




- Handle emergency vehicle replacement and breakdown situations to avoid dispatch delays.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and negotiate/verify transportation charges as required.
- Ensure compliance with company logistics policies and applicable transportation regulations.
- Prepare regular vehicle, maintenance, documentation, and dispatch reports.
- Support cost control and identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency.
