Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Handle and guide store staff.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Ensure proper in display
- Monitor sales and achieve store targets.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and discipline.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and stock reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in store management or a similar profile.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage a team.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Responsible and organized approach to work.
