Job Description: Ecommerce Executive/ Operations Analyst
Location: Rani Bagh, Pitampura- Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

1) Bulk Listing: Creating and uploading product listings to the E-Commerce platform. This might include writing product descriptions, adding images, setting prices, and ensuring the listings are optimized for search.

2) Cataloging: Organizing and managing the online product catalog. This could involve categorizing products, ensuring accurate product attributes are listed, and maintaining consistency across listings.

3) Order Processing: Handling incoming orders, including confirming, packing, and shipping them to customers. You may also need to manage returns and exchanges, ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

4) Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels, ensuring products are available for sale, and making inventory adjustments as needed and need to coordinate with clients.

5) Client Relationship Management:



Coordinate and manage regular communication with clients through weekly or monthly calls to provide updates on sales performance, inventory status, and other relevant information.

6) Seller Support Coordination: Work closely with seller support teams (e.g., Amazon Seller Support, eBay Seller Hub, etc.) to resolve any account-related issues, product listing problems, or technical issues.

7) Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor the performance of product listings, including sales trends, pricing, and customer feedback. Generate and analyze reports to identify opportunities for optimization, including stock levels, best-sellers, and underperforming products.
