Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our sales team in Ranchi. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our medical, orthopedic, surgical and rehabilitation products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors and medical stores.
- Promote and explain company products to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and customers.
- Generate new leads and develop current business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with distributors and the internal sales team for order processing.
- Maintain proper daily visit, call and sales reports.




- Provide regular market feedback to management.
- Follow up on pending orders and payments.
- Maintain professional conduct and discipline in the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc. or relevant qualification will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical, pharma, healthcare, surgical or medical-device sales preferred.
- Experience with orthopedic, surgical or rehabilitation products will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications and reporting tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
