About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of both ERP functional processes and technical development. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, translating them into effective ERP solutions, configuring and customizing the system, and independently handling development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze client business requirements and translate them into suitable ERP solutions.
- Gather requirements, understand existing business workflows, and recommend process improvements.
- Configure ERP modules and workflows based on client requirements.
- Develop and customize ERP modules, features, reports, workflows, and business logic.
- Write, modify, test, debug, and maintain clean and efficient code.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide appropriate functional and technical solutions.
- Handle ERP implementation, customization, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Develop integrations with third-party applications and external APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues.
- Perform database-related operations and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct system testing and ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide product demonstrations, user training, and technical/functional support to clients.
- Coordinate with internal development and functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain and enhance existing ERP customizations and applications.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation wherever required.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects while ensuring timely delivery of assigned responsibilities.
- Stay updated with ERP technologies, development practices, and new system features.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ERP/Odoo implementation, customization, and development.
- Strong understanding of both ERP business processes and technical development.
- Hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, or related areas.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently handle both functional requirements and development activities.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Experience with Odoo framework and module development.
- Good knowledge of XML, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and QWeb.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Git/version control is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in end-to-end ERP/Odoo implementation projects.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Experience handling client requirements independently.
- Team-handling or leadership experience will be an added advantage.
