6–8 years of relevant experience in handling service operations for equipment such as:

- Diesel Generators (DG Sets)
- Diesel Engines
- Compressors
- Industrial Equipment
- Other similar mechanical / electrical equipment

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the complete after-sales service operations.
- Lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers / Technicians.
- Plan and coordinate field service activities and customer visits.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requirements.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide effective technical support.
- Coordinate with customers, service engineers and internal teams for smooth service execution.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
- Manage service-related documentation, reports and performance tracking.

After-Market Business





The candidate should be capable of driving and developing the after-market business, including:

- Service contracts / AMC
- Spare parts sales
- Service revenue generation
- Customer retention and repeat business
- Identifying new service and spares opportunities
- Increasing revenue from the existing customer base

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
