About Mom's Ritual

Mom's Ritual is a growing food brand looking for a proactive and creative intern who wants practical experience in business development, client communication and digital marketing.

This is a self-driven opportunity where you will have the freedom to research business opportunities, connect with potential clients and contribute new ideas to the brand.

Responsibilities

Business Development:

- Research and identify potential B2B business opportunities.

- Find and research potential clients independently.

- Share researched leads with the founder for approval before contacting them.

- Make approved cold calls and follow up with potential clients.

- Communicate professionally with prospective clients and understand their requirements.

- Schedule and conduct business meetings.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.

- Take genuine business opportunities forward and work towards successfully closing B2B orders.

Digital Marketing:

- Assist in managing Mom's Ritual's Instagram and LinkedIn.

- Suggest fresh content and marketing ideas.

- Create informative and engaging product-related content.

- Assist with captions and content planning.

- Research market trends and competitor activities.

- Suggest new ideas to improve the brand's digital presence.





Basic Creative Work:

- Create and edit simple social media banners, posts and creatives using Canva or similar tools.

- Make basic modifications to existing designs.

- Video editing is not required.

There are no fixed sales targets for this role. The intern will have freedom to manage their work while being responsible for taking genuine opportunities forward.

Requirements

- Students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

- BBA, MBA, Marketing, Commerce or related background is preferred but not mandatory.

- Good spoken communication skills in both Hindi and English.

- Comfortable communicating with business professionals.

- Good research and interpersonal skills.

- Creative mindset and interest in digital marketing.

- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and Canva.

- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.

- Interest in entrepreneurship, marketing and business development.

- Prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
