### Role Requirements

* Minimum **2 years of experience**

* Experience in **Non-IT Recruitment / Contract Staffing Business Development**

* Strong client acquisition and relationship-management skills

* Experience in driving billing and revenue targets

* **Notice Period:** Maximum 30 days

### Compensation

* **Fixed CTC:** ₹8–14 LPA, based on experience

* **Performance Incentives:** Up to ₹4 LPA annually
