Job Title: Production Incharge

Department: Production / Operations

Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Head

Location: Tanawara ,JODHPUR.

Job Purpose

To ensure efficient production operations with full ownership of planning, execution, and compliance, delivering on-time shipments, high efficiency, and zero quality deviations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

- Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules.

- Ensure adherence to shipment timelines.

- Optimize machine utilization and manpower deployment.

2. Material & Packaging Planning

- Forecast and plan packaging material requirements.

- Avoid production delays due to shortages.

3. Quality & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.

- Maintain complete batch records and traceability.

- Support internal and external audits.

4. Team Management

- Supervise shop floor teams and ensure productivity.

- Drive discipline, safety, and performance culture.

5. Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing waste.

- Implement best practices for productivity enhancement.

6. Coordination

- Work with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.

- Resolve operational issues on a daily basis.

7. Reporting

- Prepare and submit daily and monthly production reports.

- Analyze production data and suggest improvements.

8. ERP / Process Management System Handling

- Operate and manage production processes through ERP systems such as Zoho, Odoo, SAP, or equivalent.

- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for production,



material consumption, and output tracking.

- Generate ERP-based MIS and production reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams for system improvements and issue resolution.

- In case of no prior ERP experience, the candidate must demonstrate solid willingness, learning ability, and adaptability to quickly adopt and effectively use such systems.

Required Skills

- Production planning and execution

- Knowledge of food safety standards

- Basic understanding of ERP systems (Zoho / Odoo / SAP or similar preferred)

- Strong willingness and capability to learn and adopt ERP systems is mandatory if prior experience is not available

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering / Food Technology

- 5+ years in manufacturing/food processing

- ERP experience preferred; however, learning attitude towards ERP/SAP/ZOHO/ODOO is compulsory for selection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
