Hiring: Team Leader – International BPO

Location: Mumbai/Indore/Noida/Hyderabad
Experience: 1+ Year in International BPO
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO
- Team Leader designation should be on paper
- Experience in Voice or Blended process
- Valuable communication and team-handling skills
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners / candidates who can join within 1 week preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and manage a team in an International BPO process
- Monitor team performance and operational targets
- Support team members in achieving process KPIs
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to process requirements
