KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Possess thorough, hands-on knowledge of piping fabrication processes and practices.
- Read and interpret isometric drawings and 3D drawings/models accurately.
- Guide and direct the production team to ensure correct pipe cutting lengths as per drawings.
- Check and verify fabricated spools/components against isometric drawings for dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain proper weld quality in line with project and code requirements.
- Ensure proper edge preparation (beveling / fit-up) is carried out prior to welding.
- Prepare and submit the Daily Production Report (DPR).
- Carry out match marking of each fabricated component as per the drawing / spool numbering system.
- Witness hydro testing of piping spools and systems, and ensure compliance with test requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all material dispatched to site.
- Reconcile material dispatched to site against the complete project requirement.
- Supervise the painting/coating of fabricated piping as per specification.
- Supervise the loading of fabricated material for dispatch to site.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹560,000.00 per year
