Starting with cab branding in OOH advertising, it has grown into a 360° media solutions provider. Its full-service arm, BuzzOmni, extends offerings across OOH, digital, print, radio, and television.

Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate brings strong media/advertising sales experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment, acquiring new clients while strengthening existing relationships and positioning Wrap2Earn as a preferred media partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and onboard new business from agencies and direct clients; drive strategic sales plans across OOH, digital, radio, print, and TV
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise and mid-sized accounts




- Design customized media solutions leveraging Wrap2Earn and BuzzOmni offerings; deliver client pitches and presentations
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and campaign execution teams for seamless delivery

Requirements

- 4+ years of media sales experience (OOH, Print, Radio, TV, or Digital)
- Proven track record managing direct brand relationships
- Strong grasp of traditional and digital advertising ecosystems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, comfortable with high ownership in a target-driven role

Pay: ₹16,482.81 - ₹66,231.73 per month
