We are looking for an experienced and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing and cash counter operations at our Aluminium & Hardware Retail Shop. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of billing procedures, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customer bills accurately using billing software.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain daily billing and sales records.
- Verify product details, quantities, prices, discounts, and totals before billing.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Coordinate with the sales and store team for smooth billing operations.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, returns, and cancellations.




- Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies.
- Ensure the billing counter is organized and properly maintained.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, preferably in a retail, hardware, aluminium, or similar industry.
- Knowledge of billing software and basic MS Office.
- Good numerical and calculation skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
