Role: Telecaller – Vehicle Onboarding

We are looking for a Telecaller / Vehicle Onboarding Executive who will be responsible for connecting with vehicle owners, transporters, and fleet owners and onboarding their vehicles with ReeRoute.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to vehicle owners, transporters, and fleet owners.
- Explain ReeRoute's services and onboard vehicles for FTL transportation.
- Collect and verify the required vehicle and transporter documents.
- Complete vehicle registration and onboarding through the CRM.
- Maintain accurate calling and onboarding records in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested vehicle owners and complete the onboarding process.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly vehicle onboarding targets.
- Maintain regular calling activity and ensure proper follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the operations team whenever required.

Target-Based Role

- This is a target-oriented calling profile.
- Performance will be measured based on calls, successful vehicle onboarding, and completed documentation.
- Earnings/commission will depend on target achievement and performance.
- Higher performance can lead to higher earnings.

Work From Home

- Complete WFH opportunity.
- Candidates must have a smartphone, stable internet connection, and a suitable place to work from home.
- Candidates should be comfortable with regular outbound calling.

Training

- 7 Days Training will be provided before/at the beginning of the role.
- Training will cover:
- ReeRoute process
- Vehicle onboarding process
- Document collection
- CRM usage
- Calling process
- Target & incentive structure

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and CRM/software.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in telecalling, logistics, transportation, vehicle onboarding, or sales will be an advantage.
- 1-2 year with covencing skills can also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
