About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for social media, marketing campaigns, and advertisements.

Key Skills Required

* Video Editing Software: Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

* After Effects & Motion Graphics: Positive understanding of motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects.

* Short-Form Content: Excellent editing skills for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media ads.

* Retention-Focused Editing: Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, visual composition, and audience retention.

* Creative Editing: Ability to work with A-roll, B-roll, captions, subtitles, SFX, background music, zooms, and transitions.

* Ad Creative Editing: Ability to edit videos according to scripts, hooks, CTAs, and create multiple variations of advertising creatives.

* Color & Audio: Basic knowledge of color correction, audio enhancement, and overall video quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos,



and advertising creatives.

* Convert raw footage into polished and engaging content.

* Select and incorporate relevant B-roll and stock footage.

* Create captions, subtitles, motion graphics, and visual effects.

* Maintain consistent brand style and video quality.

* Create multiple variations of high-performing ad creatives.

* Deliver projects within deadlines and make revisions based on feedback.

* Stay updated with current social media trends and editing styles.

Additional Advantage

* Experience with Meta/Instagram/YouTube advertisements.

* Familiarity with AI video-editing tools such as CapCut, Captions, OpusClip, Runway, etc.

* Candidates must have a portfolio/showreel showcasing previous work.
