Key Responsibilities :-
- Greet showroom walk-ins and field initial inquiries via phone or digital leads.
- Showcase vehicle models, explain technical features, specifications, and warranty terms.
- Plan and conduct safe test drives with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate pricing, finance options, insurance, and trade-in valuations.
- Complete sales documentation, booking forms, and coordinate delivery checklists.
- Update and manage customer data logs inside the dealership CRM tool.
