As an independent practitioner on our digital mental wellness platform, you will manage your own virtual practice, set your own consult fees, and connect with individuals actively seeking psychological support, therapy, and wellbeing guidance. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver individual psychotherapy, clinical consultations, or wellness counseling to clients via secure voice, video, or chat.

* Conduct clinical assessments, develop customized care plans, and track client progress over time.

* Maintain professional boundaries, accurate session notes, and client confidentiality in compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

* Manage your own availability, consultation formats, and calendar through the platform dashboard.
