Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day utility operations.
- Operate and monitor HVAC, AHU, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Boiler, RO/DM Plant, Compressors, Pumps and other utility equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of all utility systems and equipment.
- Monitor equipment parameters and maintain daily utility log sheets.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Lead and allocate work to utility operators and technicians.
- Ensure timely maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, humidity and other critical parameters as required.
- Coordinate with the production, QA, EHS and engineering teams.
- Maintain utility-related records, checklists and maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures and GMP requirements in pharmaceutical environments.
- Identify equipment problems and take corrective action.




- Manage manpower attendance, shift schedules and daily work allocation.
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors for utility maintenance when required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in the utility area.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly utility reports for management

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
