Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from First Mile to Last Mile.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory movement, order processing, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Analyse supply chain data and prepare MIS reports using Excel.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Logistics Operations.
- Good understanding of First Mile, Middle Mile,



and Last Mile operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Eligibility:

Experience: 2–5 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferably from e-commerce background

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
