Job description:
Job Type: Full-time - Permanent
*(Mid Shift - 2 pm to 11 pm - Monday to Friday)
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, workforce development and vendor Management etc. for dental billing operations.
- Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for dental billing operations, including hiring for insurance verification, claims processing, AR follow-up, credentialing, customer support, QA, and leadership roles.
- Understand organizational hiring requirements and coordinate with operations managers for manpower planning and forecasting.
- Design and update job descriptions based on business and operational requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates based on communication skills, technical knowledge, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring panels, collect feedback, and manage candidate follow-ups until offer rollout or closure.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment databases, hiring reports, and recruitment analytics.
- Send offer letters, explain compensation structures and benefits, and support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs with process trainers and team coaches for US dental billing processes including Eligibility & Benefits Verification, Billing, Credentialing, Denial Management, and RCM workflows.
- Conduct and track employee training programs related to HIPAA awareness, Cybersecurity & Phishing, communication skills, and leadership development.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives by conducting surveys, recognition programs, grievance handling, and morale-building activities.
- Manage HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, employee documentation, policy implementation, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, POSH regulations, confidentiality agreements, and data privacy standards.
- Support performance management processes including KPI tracking, appraisals, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and employee evaluations.
- Monitor operational and employee performance metrics such as claim closure rate, collection efficiency, denial resolution turnaround time, attendance adherence, and accuracy levels.
- Prepare HR analytics and reports related to attrition, hiring metrics, employee productivity, engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Build a positive workplace culture by promoting communication, accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and employee well-being.
- Partner with operations teams to align hiring strategies, workforce planning,
and productivity goals with business objectives.
- Manage HRMS, ATS platforms, payroll systems, recruitment portals, and reporting dashboards.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social hiring campaigns, LinkedIn branding, referral programs, campus recruitment drives, and recruitment events.
Required Skills & Competencies
- PG Diploma, MBA / PGDM in HR (Full time degree)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Recruitment and stakeholder management expertise
- Analytical thinking and reporting skills
- Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and POSH compliance
- Experience with greytHR, ATS platforms, and recruitment portals
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
