Studio Manager — The Wedding Story

About Us
The Wedding Story is a Mumbai-based wedding photography and cinematography studio. We're looking for a Studio Manager to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly, from travel logistics to client deliveries to studio administration.

What You'll Do

- Plan and coordinate travel and logistics for on-site shoot teams, working closely with internal teams and wedding planners
- Manage the studio's data backup systems, including client SSDs and RAID backups
- Coordinate hard drive deliveries to clients
- Liaise between the Creative Director and edit teams to keep deliveries on schedule
- Manage client galleries, including renewals and record-keeping
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations and administration (bills, supplies, general upkeep)

What We're Looking For





- Robust organisational and coordination skills; comfortable managing multiple moving parts
- Willingness to learn photo/video editing and culling software
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under deadline pressure
- Prior experience in a studio, production, or operations role is a plus

Work Policy
Six-day work week for most months of the year, with some Saturdays off during lower-workload months. Sick leave and family emergency leave are not capped; we trust our team to use this responsibly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
