We are looking for an experienced GDS & Ticketing Specialist with solid hands-on expertise in airline ticketing, GDS and back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic & international reservations and ticket issuance.
- Manage reissues, refunds, cancellations, voids and fare changes.
- Handle complex itineraries and fare calculations.
- Manage BSP filing, reconciliation and ticketing reports.
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate ticketing records and ensure timely processing.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of relevant GDS/ticketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre.
- Excellent understanding of airfares, fare rules and BSP processes.
- Strong problem-solving, accuracy and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
We’re looking for a true hands-on ticketing professional who can independently manage the complete ticketing process.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
