Third I Productions is a creative architectural production company specializing in high-end architectural imagery, 3D visualization, animations, walkthroughs, and physical scale models for the real estate and architecture industry.
We work across residential, commercial, township, hospitality and large-scale developments, working closely with architects, developers and clients to take projects from architectural drawings and concepts through to final presentation and delivery.
Our work combines architecture, design understanding, project coordination, client communication and creative production.
About the Role
This role is suitable for fresh B.Arch graduates as well as candidates with 1+ years of experience who have good communication skills, basic working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp, and an interest in working with clients and teams.
The role involves understanding architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and internal teams, following up on project requirements, monitoring timelines, handling revisions and ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to final delivery.
The key requirement is that you understand architecture, can read drawings, communicate clearly and are capable of coordinating people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
1). Project Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate architectural and real estate projects from initial brief through final delivery.
Understand project scope, client requirements, drawings, references and expected deliverables.
Study and interpret AutoCAD drawings, plans, elevations, sections and other architectural documentation.
Coordinate with internal design, visualization, animation, post-production and other project teams as required.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and deadlines.
Allocate tasks and coordinate resources to ensure timely project completion.
Track project progress and proactively identify delays, dependencies and potential issues.
Conduct regular project follow-ups and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Coordinate revisions and ensure client feedback is accurately communicated and implemented.
Must be comfortable travelling to locations such as Faridabad, Khanpur, and other project/model sites as required, typically 2–3 times a month or occasionally 2–3 times a week, for reviewing and coordinating physical scale models and miniatures. Travel expenses/allowance will be fully covered by the company.
2). Client Coordination & Communication
Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, progress, revisions and timelines.
Understand client requirements and feedback and translate them into clear, actionable instructions for the internal team.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure a smooth project experience.
Communicate changes in scope, timelines or requirements clearly and professionally.
Participate in meetings, calls and discussions with clients and project teams.
3). Architectural Understanding
Review architectural drawings and understand design intent, materials, layouts, elevations and spatial relationships.
Use your architectural knowledge to understand project requirements and identify inconsistencies or missing information.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve design and project-related queries.
Understand the overall workflow involved in architectural presentations, visualization, walkthroughs and related creative deliverables.
Ensure project outputs remain aligned with the architectural information and client's requirements.
Bring an architectural eye for detail, accuracy and design understanding to every project.
What We're Looking For
B.Arch / Degree in Architecture is mandatory.
Freshers and candidates with 1+ years of experience are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good client communication and interaction skills.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, plans, elevations and sections.
Ability to coordinate effectively with creative, technical and architectural teams.
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Significant Note
This is NOT an AutoCAD drafting position.
The role is primarily focused on project coordination, client communication, architectural understanding, team coordination and project delivery.
You will be expected to read, study and understand AutoCAD drawings and other architectural documents, communicate requirements effectively to the relevant teams, coordinate the project workflow and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Fresh B.Arch graduates with good communication skills, basic AutoCAD & SketchUp knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
