- Host regular clinical case discussions (virtual or in-person) to review complex, chronic, or unresolved patient cases.
- Guide medical officers on diagnostic approaches and referral protocols for patients requiring secondary or tertiary care.

3. Patient Care Strategy & Retention

- Advise clinic doctors on best practices for patient counseling, communication, and empathy to improve patient trust and compliance.

- Analyze patient dropout rates or lack of follow-ups and work with the medical team to design clinical approaches that encourage long-term patient retention.
- Champion a patient-centric approach that prioritizes comprehensive care over purely symptomatic treatment.

4. Medicine Efficacy & Formulary Evaluation

- Continuously judge and monitor the clinical efficacy of the medicines and drug brands stocked in the clinic pharmacies based on patient outcomes.
- Provide strategic recommendations on formulary management, suggesting the inclusion of high-efficacy drugs or the removal of suboptimal medications.
- Monitor and report any adverse drug reactions (pharmacovigilance) and guide the team on mitigating these risks.
