Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Fresher – Plant & Machinery | Construction Company |

Location: Project Sites PAN India /- Site location- Rajasthan (Banswara)

Experience: Fresher graduate's (2025-2026 batch pass out)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical/ Automobile

Job Role: GET / Jr. Engineer – Plant & Machinery

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment upkeep: Daily check of RMC plant, batching plant, JCB, excavator, transit mixer, crusher, DG sets

Preventive maintenance: Schedule servicing, oil change, greasing as per OEM logbooks. Reduce breakdown time

Breakdown support: Coordinate with mechanics, track spares, ensure minimum downtime during concreting

Documentation: Maintain log sheets, fuel consumption, machine history cards, service reports in Excel/SAP





Store coordination: Raise indent for spares, lubricants, filters. GRN entry & inventory check

Safety: Ensure guards, fire extinguishers, PPE compliance on all P&M; equipment

Requirements:BE/B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical – 2025/2026 Pass out

Basic knowledge of IC engines, hydraulics, welding, pumps.

Willing to work at construction/project sites in shifts.

Pan India posting

Good with Excel, eager to learn.

Salary: ₹16,000-17000/month ( Salary Depend's on interview - 1 Year Experience )
