Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Sales)

About the Job

As an Academic Counsellor, you will help students choose the right courses and guide them through the admission process. You will speak with students who have already shown interest, answer their questions, and help them enroll.

What You Will Do

Call and follow up with students who have shown interest (leads will be provided).

Make outbound calls to explain courses and services.

Understand students' needs and suggest the right course.

Give online demonstrations or explain the courses clearly.

Help students complete the admission process.

Achieve monthly admission/sales targets.

Update student details and follow-ups in the CRM or company system.

Share your weekly progress and targets with your manager.
