Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building, enhancing, and maintaining mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, REST APIs, mobile application architecture, debugging, and performance optimization. Experience working with native Android/iOS components and third-party SDK integrations will be an advantage.

React Native's current ecosystem uses the New Architecture, including Fabric and Turbo Native Modules, so practical awareness of modern React Native architecture is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive mobile applications.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party APIs, SDKs, and external services.
- Implement application navigation, authentication, notifications, deep linking, and local storage.
- Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and resolve integration issues.
- Debug and resolve application crashes, performance issues, and production bugs.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, rendering, and network calls.
- Implement secure coding practices for mobile applications.
- Work with Android and iOS build/release processes.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.




- Perform unit testing and support QA/UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot issues across different Android/iOS versions and devices.
- Stay updated with React Native and React ecosystem changes.

Required Skills

Core Skills:

- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ / TypeScript.
- Good understanding of React.js, React Hooks, JSX, state management, and component lifecycle.
- Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit or equivalent state-management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience with React Navigation.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming and API integration.
- Experience with debugging using Android Studio, Xcode, Flipper/React Native debugging tools, or equivalent.
- Understanding of mobile application performance optimization.
- Experience publishing or preparing applications for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

React Native applications use JavaScript/React concepts while rendering to native platform components, so a solid understanding of both React and native mobile behavior is important.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Android Kotlin/Java or iOS Swift/Objective-C.
- Experience developing or integrating native modules.




- Knowledge of React Native New Architecture, Fabric, TurboModules, and JSI.
- Experience with Firebase — FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config.
- Experience with push notifications and deep linking.
- Experience with payment gateway integration.
- Experience with camera, location, maps, Bluetooth, or other device APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile applications.
- Experience with Expo / Expo Modules is a plus.
- Flutter experience is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

React Native + React + JavaScript/TypeScript + REST API + Redux + Android/iOS + Git + App Deployment

with demonstrated experience delivering production-ready mobile applications.

Note: For a 3–5 year candidate, I would make hands-on React Native experience mandatory and keep Flutter as a good-to-have, rather than making both mandatory. This will give you a better-quality shortlist.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
