Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and assist customers with their queries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Give accurate information regarding products, services, or processes.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful communication style.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and resolve basic issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow the company's standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
- Follow the assigned process and meet service quality standards.
- Maintain professionalism while communicating with customers.
- Handle customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
