We are looking for Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our real estate group.

Job Description:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking property.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers throughout the property purchase journey.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Documentation & Compliance

- Verify customer booking documents and KYC records.
- Ensure all agreements, application forms, and legal documents are completed accurately.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and sales teams for documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.

Very good understanding of Hindi, Marathi & English languages and strong communication skills required.

Minimum 3 years of domain experience.

- Real Estate ERP/CRM Platforms
