Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and demonstrate biomedical/medical equipment at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of medical equipment.
- Diagnose technical problems and carry out troubleshooting and repairs.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve issues within the required timeline.
- Conduct regular inspection and performance checks of equipment.
- Maintain service reports, installation reports, and preventive maintenance records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and equipment issues.
- Provide basic training and technical guidance to customers/operators.
- Coordinate with the service team and suppliers for technical issues and spare parts.
- Maintain proper records of spare parts, service activities, and equipment history.
- Travel to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and customer locations as required.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in biomedical equipment servicing preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Salary: As per experience and company standards
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
