Mithi Architects Wayanad is looking for Associate Architect to join their team.

Associate Architect

- Mandatory 3 years experience working as an architect.
- Must have the knowledge and ability to handle complete residential architecture project - concept development, construction detail drawings & BOQ preparation, site co-ordination & project handover.
- Qualified – Must be capable of working independently and delivering results consistently on par with the firm’s standards, guidelines, and expectations

Responsibilities

- Conduct initial site visits, interact with clients, prepare plans and exterior elevations, and finalize designs.
- Coordinate with the structural team and develop structural designs as per architectural requirements.




- Develop interior designs based on the finalized architectural and structural designs.
- Prepare electrical and plumbing drawings based on the exterior-interior design.
- Must be capable of preparing real-time project cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings based on all finalized designs.
- Knowledge of site setting-out and ability & willingness to handle site doubts until completion.
