Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a Native German Language Trainer to join our online teaching team. The ideal candidate should be a native German speaker with excellent communication and teaching skills and the ability to conduct engaging German language classes for students at different proficiency levels.

The trainer will be responsible for helping students improve their speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall communication skills in German.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive online German language classes.
- Teach students at different proficiency levels, from A1 to C1/C2.
- Develop students' German speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary skills.
- Provide authentic German pronunciation and conversational practice.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, exercises, and assignments.
- Conduct interactive activities, discussions, role plays, and practical conversation sessions.
- Evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and regular assessments.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students.
- Prepare students for German language examinations when required.
- Maintain an engaging and supportive online learning setting.
- Adapt teaching methods according to individual student needs and learning levels.

Requirements

- Native German speaker is mandatory.
- Excellent command of German language,



grammar, pronunciation, and communication.
- Ability to teach A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2 levels is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong teaching and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain German language concepts clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable conducting individual and group classes online.
- Good classroom management and time-management skills.
- Stable internet connection and suitable setup for online teaching.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a German Language Trainer/Teacher is a plus.
- Experience teaching students preparing for Goethe, TELC, ÖSD, or other German language examinations is an advantage.
- Teaching qualification, language-related degree, or relevant certification is preferred.
- Previous online teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Experience teaching students preparing for education, employment, or migration to Germany is a plus.
