### Job Summary

Durvasa Ayurved Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Medical Representative (MR)** to promote the company’s Ayurvedic products, develop strong relationships with doctors, retailers and distributors, and achieve assigned sales targets in the designated territory.

### Key Responsibilities

* Promote and generate awareness about Durvasa Ayurved products in the assigned territory.

* Regularly visit doctors, clinics, pharmacies, retailers and distributors.

* Explain product features, benefits and usage to doctors and healthcare professionals.

* Generate prescriptions, product demand and sales through effective product promotion.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, retailers and distributors.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Identify recent business opportunities and develop new customers.

* Ensure effective territory coverage and regular market visits.

* Coordinate with distributors and retailers to maintain product availability.

* Collect market feedback and competitor information.

* Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

* Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports and required MIS.

* Attend company meetings, product training and promotional activities.





* Coordinate with the ASM regarding sales performance, market activities and targets.

* Follow company policies, reporting procedures and sales guidelines.

* Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

### Candidate Requirements

* **Minimum 2 years of experience** as a Medical Representative / Field Sales Executive, preferably in Pharma, Ayurvedic or Healthcare Sales.

* Graduate in any discipline.

* B.Pharm, B.Sc., BBA or relevant qualification will be an added advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Good relationship-building skills with doctors, retailers and distributors.

* Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

* Strong market knowledge and territory management skills.

* Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting tools will be an advantage.
