Key Responsibilities :

The Business Development Manager (BDM) for car loans expands market share and meets loan disbursal targets. You build strong ties with car dealers, direct sales agents (DSAs), and channel partners. You also lead a team of finance executives to drive revenue.

- Dealer Management: Build and grow relationships with local car dealerships and channel partners.
- Team Leadership: Train, lead, and monitor finance executives to achieve monthly sales and disbursement goals.
- Business Growth: Generate current loan applications, drive volume, and increase value-added service (VAS) penetration.
- Process Coordination: Work closely with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth file processing and timely dealer payouts.
- Market Tracking: Analyze competitor activity and local market trends to spot new opportunities

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
