We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospital Administration Faculty/Trainer to conduct online classes for students enrolled in our Diploma in Hospital Administration program.

This is a flexible part-time work-from-home opportunity suitable for healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, healthcare managers, and experienced faculty members who are interested in teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live and interactive online classes for Diploma in Hospital Administration students.
- Explain concepts using practical hospital situations, case studies, and real-world examples.
- Guide students with assignments, activities, and course-related doubts.
- Share practical knowledge and industry insights related to hospital administration and healthcare management.
- Assess assignments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Use presentations and other learning materials to make classes engaging.
- Encourage student participation and maintain a positive online learning environment.
- Complete the assigned syllabus according to the batch schedule.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students.

Qualifications

- MHA / MBA in Hospital Administration or a Master's degree in Hospital Administration.
- Candidates with MBA in Healthcare Management / Hospital & Healthcare Management or other relevant qualifications may also be considered.

Experience

- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred in:
- Hospital Administration
- Hospital Operations
- Healthcare Management
- Healthcare Training




- Hospital/Healthcare Industry
- Previous teaching, faculty, training, or online teaching experience is an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

- Good knowledge of Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
- Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and in a practical manner.
- Ability to engage, guide, and mentor students effectively.
- Comfortable using Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar online platforms.
- Professional, responsible, and student-friendly approach.
