Job Summary

Durall System India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for technically skilled and hardworking candidates to join our Factory Production, Fabrication, CNC and Project Site Installation teams.

We work on premium aluminium windows, doors and architectural glass systems for villas and high-end residential projects, including large and specialised window and door systems.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work in factory manufacturing as well as project-site installation, depending on the role, skills and business requirements.

We welcome candidates from ITI, Diploma and Degree engineering backgrounds who are interested in developing their careers in manufacturing, fabrication, CNC machining and installation.

OPEN POSITIONS1. ITI Fitter / Aluminium Fabricator

Experience: 0–3 Years

Responsibilities:

- Fabricate and assemble aluminium windows, doors, frames and sliding systems.
- Perform cutting, drilling, routing, grinding and fitting operations.
- Install hinges, rollers, handles, locks, brackets, fasteners and other hardware.
- Take accurate measurements and check dimensions.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, squareness and finishing.
- Read and understand basic fabrication drawings.
- Assist with assembly and installation of aluminium and glass systems.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas.

Preferred: ITI Fitter / Mechanical / Welder or relevant technical trade.

2. CNC Operator

Experience: 0–3 Years

Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machines for cutting, drilling, routing and machining operations.
- Set and operate machines as per drawings, dimensions and job requirements.
- Check dimensions and machining accuracy.
- Handle aluminium profiles and components during machining.
- Perform basic machine setup, tool changes and routine checks.
- Identify machining defects and report machine/technical issues.
- Maintain production quality and achieve assigned production targets.
- Maintain machine housekeeping and follow safety procedures.

Preferred:



ITI CNC / Machinist / Mechanical, Diploma Mechanical or related qualification.

Candidates with experience in CNC machining of aluminium profiles will be preferred.

3. Aluminium & Glass Fabricator / Installer

Experience: 0–3 Years

Responsibilities:

- Fabricate and assemble aluminium window and door systems.
- Assist in installation of aluminium windows, doors and glass assemblies.
- Handle glass panels using approved suction lifters, clamps and equipment.
- Perform alignment, leveling, fixing and adjustment work.
- Install and adjust hardware such as rollers, hinges, handles and locks.
- Check site measurements and openings before installation.
- Carry out finishing and rectification work at project sites.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams.

Candidates with practical experience in aluminium fabrication, glass installation or window/door installation will be preferred.

4. Carpenter

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

- Carry out basic carpentry, fitting and finishing work.
- Perform cutting, drilling, fixing and assembly of wooden components.
- Assist in site installation and finishing activities.
- Take accurate measurements and ensure proper fitting.
- Support fabrication and installation teams as required.
- Maintain quality, finishing and workplace safety.

ITI Carpenter or candidates with practical carpentry experience may apply.

FACTORY & SITE RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the position, candidates may be required to work at our Mahape factory or project sites.

Factory Work

- Production and fabrication of aluminium systems.
- CNC cutting, drilling and routing.
- Assembly of windows, doors and related components.
- Quality checking and finishing.
- Material handling and shop-floor activities.

Project Site Work

- Installation of aluminium windows and doors.
- Glass installation and handling.
- Alignment, leveling and adjustment.
- Hardware installation and finishing.
- Rectification and maintenance work.
- Coordination with supervisors, engineers and other site teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good practical and technical skills.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Basic understanding of measurements and dimensions.
- Ability to understand basic technical/fabrication drawings.
- Good fitting, fabrication, machining or carpentry skills,



depending on the role.
- Willingness to learn new manufacturing and installation techniques.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a factory and/or project-site environment.
- Strong focus on quality, productivity, accuracy and safety.
- Responsible and disciplined approach to work.

QUALIFICATION

Candidates with the following qualifications can apply:

- ITI – Fitter / Machinist / CNC / Mechanical / Welder / Carpenter
- Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing / Mechatronics / related engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing / related engineering
- Candidates with relevant technical skills and practical experience may also be considered.

Freshers with relevant ITI, Diploma or Degree qualifications are welcome to apply for suitable positions.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Safety is a critical part of our factory and project-site operations, particularly while handling large aluminium and glass systems.

Candidates must:

- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Wear safety shoes, gloves, helmet, safety harness and other PPE as required.
- Follow approved procedures for working at height.
- Never handle large/heavy glass without adequate manpower and approved lifting equipment.
- Use ladders, scaffolding, lifting equipment and power tools safely.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, damaged glass or defective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
