Job Description Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Commercial and Corporate Banking to support a core banking product migration from an on-premises platform to a SaaS-based platform. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Fee Plans, Pricing, and Billing within core banking products, along with client-facing delivery experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, clarification, and documentation with banking clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and define solutions for core banking product migration.
- Work closely with Product, Technical, Testing, and Project teams to drive requirements and resolve dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain PRDs, FSDs, SDDs, process flows, and other functional documentation.
- Create and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories in Jira.
- Perform functional testing and support test case, UAT, and production validation activities.
- Conduct client demonstrations and support production readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor Business Analysts and provide domain knowledge transfer to Technical and Testing teams.

Requirements

- Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Commercial/Corporate Banking and Financial Services.




- Hands-on core banking experience across Customer, Customer Hierarchy, Accounts, Banking Products & Services, Tax, Fee Plans, Pricing, Billing, Settlement, and Statements.
- Mandatory: In-depth hands-on experience with Fee Plans, Negotiated/Standard Pricing, and Billing within a core banking product.
- Robust experience in requirements gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, PRD/FSD/SDD preparation, and solution definition.
- Experience working directly with banking clients, Product Owners, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of US, Canada, and UK banking regulations.
- Experience with Jira, UAT, functional testing, client demonstrations, and production readiness.
- Work Mode : Work from Office - Trivandrum, Kerala | Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST on all working days.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
