Position Title: Site Engineer (Fresher & Experienced)

Key Responsibilities

Site Control & Execution: Oversee day-to-day construction and installation activities on site, ensuring work strictly adheres to engineering drawings, structural specifications, and quality standards.

Workforce & Labor Management: Supervise on-site workers, sub-contractors, and installation crews. Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and maintain strict discipline and productivity on site.

Progress Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between the field workers and upper management. Coordinate material movements, equipment availability, and daily scheduling to avoid project delays.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols (PPE, hazard identification) on site to maintain a zero-accident environment. Conduct regular quality checks on installations, anchoring, and material handling.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily site logs, track labor attendance, record material consumption, and submit progress reports to project managers.

Troubleshooting:



Quickly identify site-level technical bottlenecks or labor disputes and resolve them efficiently to keep projects on track.

Candidate Requirements

Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Freshers: Eager engineering graduates with a strong foundation in construction management, structural concepts, and a willingness to learn on-site operations are welcome to apply.

Experienced: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in site execution, facade engineering, metal cladding, or general building construction will be given preference.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and workers' management abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills in regional languages and English.

Basic proficiency in reading structural and architectural drawings.

High resilience, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to work in active site environments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
